Henry Beard built Beard Logistics by combining military discipline, business leadership and hands-on freight experience into one accountable logistics company.

Henry Beard is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur and logistics operator who built Beard Logistics from the ground up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Before entering logistics, Henry spent more than 15 years in automotive sales and management. That experience taught him how to lead teams, earn customer trust, manage high-pressure decisions and remain accountable for results.
He carried those principles into transportation. What began with a truck and trailer developed into a multi-division logistics company supporting freight brokerage, transportation management, warehousing, final mile delivery, freight recovery and project logistics.
Henry remains directly involved in customer relationships, pricing strategy, difficult shipments and the daily operating decisions that protect each customer’s freight and reputation.
“Our customers are not handing us freight. They are handing us responsibility.”
Freight brokerage remains a central part of Beard Logistics. We connect customer freight with qualified capacity while managing the details from pickup through delivery.
